Initial Evaluation

The purpose of this one-on-one 60-minute session is for me to get to know YOU. During this time,  

 

  • We review your health/exercise/lifestyle/nutrition history
  • I take you through an initial movement assessment to see how your body is currently moving, paying particular attention to areas that were previously injured OR have current limitations
  • We sit down and discuss your wants, needs, and goals


The information gathered during this session is essential to guiding the customization of your program. If you are looking for private fitness coaching, small group coaching, or sports performance coaching, this is where we start.

Private Fitness Coaching (training, yoga)

WORKS BEST FOR: Individuals who have special circumstances (e.g., injuries) or limitations which require strict one-on-one attention OR who are new to participating in an exercise and strength training program. Sessions are 60 minutes in length. Prices for session packs start at $650.

Private Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching

WORKS BEST FOR: Clients who have struggled to establish the necessary nutrition and lifestyle habits necessary to make lasting changes to reach and maintain their goals. TOGETHER we identify and navigate the road blocks that may be keeping you stuck. Prices start at $75 per 45-minute consult.


45-Minute Consult


For clients who want nutrition and lifestyle coaching and support on an “as needed” basis, these sessions are a great opportunity for you to have an accountability check-in OR a reality check. We work TOGETHER to determine ONE SMALL shift you can make and practice before your next consult; celebrate your success; and fine-tune where needed.


Monthly Coaching


Find what truly works BEST for YOU to make long-term, sustainable lifestyle changes. TOGETHER we identify and navigate the road blocks that may be keeping you from making REAL progress towards your goals.  


INCLUDES: 

  • Biweekly consultations per month (each up to 30 minutes in length)
  • Educational lessons to read/listen to
  • Healthy habits to practice
  • Email check-ins between consults
  • Regular feedback/support from me


*Can be purchased as an ADD-ON to any fitness package or program

sMALL GROUP COACHING

WORKS BEST FOR: Individuals who do NOT have any special circumstances (e.g., injuries) or limitations that require strict one-on-one attention OR who have participated in some form of an exercise and strength training program before.  Share your training time with others while still benefiting from customized programming and personalized coaching. Sessions are 60 minutes in length. Prices for session packs start at $300.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE COACHING

WORKS BEST FOR: Athletes looking to enhance their sports performance while also addressing injury prevention. Sessions vary in length (see below). Prices for session packs start at $300 for Youth Athletes and $360 for Adult Athletes.

  • Customized program designed to enhance individual sport performance including strength, power, stability, mobility, flexibility, agility, and conditioning
