Indeed, to be successful at golf - or even to simply improve your game - requires a few key physical attributes including: sufficient hip & upper back mobility, core control, and lower body strength & power.
The goal of this free 30-minute session is to give you a couple of KEY exercises to work on at home or at the course to help you improve your golf game.
